Wyndham signs Ramada Residences and Ramada Encore in Berlin

Wyndham expands partnership with Mogotel Hotel Group to build dual-branded hospitality project in Berlin-Reinickendorf

 

BERLIN (Tuesday 24 March 2026) – Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is strengthening its presence in Germany with partner Mogotel Hotel Group, unveiling a new dual-branded hospitality project in Berlin. The development will bring Ramada Residences by Wyndham to Germany for the first time, alongside a new Ramada Encore by Wyndham in the capital’s Reinickendorf district.

The two new-build properties will be developed on adjacent plots on Rödernallee and are expected to open in 2028. Together, they will offer 208 hotel rooms at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Berlin and 160 fully serviced apartments at Ramada Residences by Wyndham Berlin, creating an integrated hospitality destination blending short-stay accommodation with extended-stay living.

Two concepts, one integrated destination

The Ramada Encore by Wyndham Berlin will be designed as an easy, welcoming base for exploring the city, whether visiting for work or a weekend away. Guests can start the day with breakfast on-site, recharge in the fitness area, or wind down with a drink in the lobby bar after a day in the city. With dedicated meeting space, it will also offer a convenient setting for informal business gatherings and small events.

Next door, Ramada Residences by Wyndham Berlin will offer a different pace of stay, with 160 fully serviced apartments that give guests the freedom to settle in. With more space to relax, cook and unwind, it will be ideal for longer visits; whether relocating, working on a project, or travelling with family. Residents can dip in and out of hotel services as they choose, from housekeeping to shared facilities at the neighbouring Ramada Encore.

Together, the two properties give guests the best of both worlds: the ease and energy of a hotel stay, combined with the comfort and flexibility of having a place to call their own – right in one of Berlin’s most well-connected districts.

The development is in proximity to the former Airport Tegel, which is currently being redeveloped into a mixed-use area which will include new residential neighborhoods, commercial space, and infrastructure improvements.
