As part of the on-boarding programme, all new team members should be invited to attend a new hire team member orientation.

This informative & engaging programme will ensure that they are aware of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts history, mission, vision and values, service culture and brands.

Additionally, they are introduced to you as their employer, given vital tools and resources, and learn about ways of working, team member benefits and development opportunities.

Team members are introduced to their business leaders and given a chance to learn about their business and hotel team.

The Hospitality Management Programme (HMP) is Wyndham Hotels & Resorts General Manager Certification Programme. The programme is designed for all new General Managers and owners.

The certification features a number of sessions and workshops over three days (including a pre-course webinar) from different subject matter experts such as Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Loyalty, eCommerce, Operations, Human Resources and Training among the five key disciplines of hospitality.
