The Global, Regional and National Sales Support team is made up of directors, managers and agents located around the world who are dedicated to delivering National Sales (NSO) business to all Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brands and developing exceptional relationships with global clients to increase your hotel’s revenue.

The National Sales Service (NSS) gives you access to a number of dedicated National Sales Managers who are tasked with driving business from within their respective countries to participating hotels.

Our National Sales Managers have access to important clientele that will be targeted strategically as sources of business.These clients include but are not limited to:

  • Domestic Corporations
  • Domestic meeting planners & group/MICE agents
  • Local & global Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and consortia
  • Domestic leisure group tour operators
  • Incremental domestic business from existing Global Sales accounts

Sales Tradeshows

The Global Sales team and many engaged Wyndham Hotels & Resorts properties participate in a variety of leading global hospitality industry tradeshows. These include:

  • ITB Berlin
  • ATM Dubai
  • IMEX Frankfurt
  • IBTM Barcelona

Co-participation in these tradeshows (and others) allows your hotel to be represented at the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts booth and helps maximise sales opportunities with new and existing clients.

Global Sales Workshops, Missions & Blitzes

Join your Global Sales Team and other engaged Wyndham Hotels & Resorts (WHR) properties at a Sales Workshop or on one of our numerous Missions or fast paced Sales Blitz events accross the region.

Sales Workshops offer a unique opportunity to sit with individual members of your Global Sales Team (GSO) to talk specifically about the accounts that are important to the success of your hotel.

You will also participate in a number of interactive sessions aimed at maximising the opportunities available to you from a variety of segments including:

  • Corporate/Transient
  • TMC/Consortia
  • Group/MICE
  • Speciality

In addition to the above opportunities, your GSO will organise various missions, blitzes and contact centre visits throughout the year.

Travel Management Companies & Consortia Promotions

The Global Sales Team negotiates preferred biasing agreements with a number of global and regional Travel Management Companies (TMCs) & Consortia, including:

  • American Express Global Business Travel (AMEX GBT)
  • BCD Travel
  • Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT)
  • Radius

These agreements provide preferred TMCs with access to all WHR hotels at 5% of their Best Available Rate. Your hotel however also has the opportunity to increase visibility and its biasing on the TMC/Consortia systems by offering special promotional rates. Suggested discount percentages range from 5% – 20%. You may also offer rates inclusive of breakfast & WiFi for additional increased biasing with certain agents.
