Wyndham Hotels & Resorts (WHR) integration services are the first steps taken to ensure that you transition smoothly into WHR processes and systems. This service allows our professional and experienced team to introduce you and your team members to WHR, as well as all the tools and support you can take advantage of by being part of the world’s largest hotel company.

Our integration services include the following:

  • Preliminary photography package for the hotel
  • AD&C Property Report

Opening Training Kit that includes:

  • A “Brand In The Box” memory stick
  • Initial General Manager training programme at a location designated by WHR
  • Two seats on our training courses related to relevant technology, global sales, revenue management, system standards and other topics
  • 2 days of opening training at your hotel and 1 day of training on topics of your choice (from our existing course offerings)

WHR approved Property Management System (PMS) can be installed at your hotel by a team of installation experts.

We will coordinate the installation and ensure the system you get is configured to best take advantage of WHR systems and partners

Pre-Opening Technical Services

Our AD&C team is experienced in all aspects of hotel design, development and construction. We provide technical advice and consultation on the design, development and construction of your hotel under a Technical Services Agreement (TSA). The TSA services provided will reflect the complexity of the design, the location of your hotel and the nature of your design team.

Upon requested, AD&C can provide additional technical services when needed. These services are optional for both Managed & Franchised hotels. The fees and scope are always agreed with you in advance.

Property Report

Mandatory for Franchised

Mandatory for Managed

Architecture, Design & Construction (AD&C) team will visit your hotel or review the drawings of your proposed hotel and will prepare a report detailing any changes necessary for your hotel to join one of our brands.

The Property Report forms part of your contractual agreement with us. It is a binding document and the agreed works must be completed within the timescales set out in the report.
